These pieces may not have passed our standards for full-price inventory, but they still have plenty of style to give. Each pair is new and unworn and may feature a small 1/4-1.5 inch cosmetic imperfection such as a surface scrape, scuff, slight discoloration, or an area of missing paint.

The imperfections are cosmetic and do not affect the intended function or wearability of the shoes.

PRE-SALE /PRE-ORDERS (Estimate Ship Date)

If you are placing an order marked "Estimate Ship Date or Pre-Order", please be sure review our Pre-order Policy prior to placing your order. Standard pre-order shipping can vary 30-65 days from the date order is placed. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please send and email to lacree@uintrigued.com ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders shipped. If you refuse any shipments from Uintrigued, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. Shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds/returns.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the carrier of the shipment USPS or UPS.  Uintrigued DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED, LOST IN TRANSIT  UNDELIVERABLE or DAMAGED by shipping carrier. Please select the additional insurance coverage option to protect your package from lost, theft/stolen or damage.
Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed (excludes pre-sale/pre-order).  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, lost in transit or undeliverable unless cover by insurance premium selected upon checkout. All packages are insured with carrier up to $100 and filing insurance claim is highly recommended to recover the cost of package. We offer USPS Ground Advantage to most locations (domestic & internationally), and UPS Ground. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
