How long does it take to receive my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed in the order received. Processing orders depends on order volume please allow 7-14 business days. However, most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days upon ordering NOT Counting Saturday or Sunday.  All (estimate ship date products which are pre-order items) will ship once we receive inventory to process your order.

If your order contains in stock item and an estimate to ship date item, your order will NOT ship untill all items are ready to ship. Do not order items together that you aren't wiling to wait for. Order them separately, failure to comply will result in refund and order cancellation.

Our Customer Service is white glove service here at Uintrigued.com. We commuicate via email or text regarding all possible shipping delays, refund and etc. Please keep an eye on your emails including your spam/junk folder to ensure your are not missing our communication regarding your order status.

 Estimate Ship Date Orders (Pre-Orders)

All items with an estimate ship date is a pre-order item. The date reflected for each item is the date range when you can expect the item to ship. 

Pairing in stock items with pre-order items will delay your in stock order. Place order separately for in stock items. If a pre-order item is purchased with ready to ship/in stock products, we will NOT separate the order as shipping is paid for once. The entire order will ship together on or before the scheduled pre-order ship date.

How do I know which size is best for me?

To help you choose the best size, at the footer of our website you'll find a link to this size conversion chart to help you determine the best fit. This link can be accessed from any page on our site. We provide some information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size in the description of the product. We also note the size as seen on the models.

What if I change my mind and want to modify or cancel after my order is placed?

 Changes to order can be made to unfilled order with in 24 hrs of order being placed. To make changes or request order please email us: lacree@uintrigued.com

How can I return or exchange my purchase?

All returns or exchanged are accepted on unworn items. Items must be returned in original package with tags attached. All item must be free from stains, fragrance or smells of any kind. Refund are processed once return items has been received. Money goes back to original payment within 1-3 days depending on your bank.

All swimwear is Final Sale.

All return/exchanges are paid by the consumer.
