WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once you placed your order all tracking and shipping status are emailed upon fulfillment. Orders ship with 5-7 business days. Some orders may ship same day depending on order volume. Once you place your order please allow 3-4 business days for order to be processed. Another 2-4 days to receive you package. Please check your spam and junk folders regarding your order status.
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK ITEMS SOLD OUT?
For items sold out, please follow our social media to get the latest restock by turning on post notifications. Not all items that sell out will be restocked. If the item is no longer being manufactured or sold.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange the item for another item of your choosing of equal value. Item must be in original packaging, unworn, no smells or stains with tags attached. Exchanges are to be requested within 48 hrs of package delivery. Customer will also be responsible for shipping of the exchange item. If you don't want to exchange for another item, then customer will receive a refund back to original payment method.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you place an order you can cancel the order within 24 hrs.
WHY DID I RECEIVE A EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?
If an item is sold out due to high demand, item priced incorrectly during inventory upload or anything technicality which is rare but does happen. You'll receive a notification regarding the changes to the order. If the order contains multiple items those items will be dispatch for shipping. Any item that has been removed from order will receive a refund to original payment method.
You may also receive an email regarding your order if there's a billing issue related to mailing address cannot be verified which can cause your order to become cancelled.
HOW DO I REQUEST RETURN/EXCHANGE ?
To Start A Return or Exchange email: lacree@uintrigued.com if you're not happy with your purchase you can request an exchange or receive a refund. All exchange request are to be within 48hrs of delivery.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE AVAILABLE?
Once your item has been return and processed. Refunds are processed once items passed inspection. Once issued you will receive and email regarding your refund. Refund are released generally within 2 business from Shopify. However you bank is depending factory on credit posting to you account.

Refunds are issued to original payment method used. Refunds are processed once your order has meet inspection. Time to receive depends upon the bank once Shopify release funds.
DO YOUR CLOTHES RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Please read product description or check sizing chart. Some items may run small and will be noted within the description of the item. Some items run oversize this is also noted in description. Please also see the model size to help with sizing comparison.
Do you offer refunds for hair extensions or wigs?
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on hair extensions. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer exchanges of product only within 3 business days.
