When Will The Item Sold Out Be Restocked?

Some items are only available for restock if the manufacture is still producing the item. Some items will not be restocked and will be removed from the website.

How do I return my order?

Email shop@uintrigued.com to begin the retun process. All returns will be issued a refund to original payment method. Returns are only good for 7 days from delivery no exceptions.

Where my refund?

All returns are issued to original payment method within 7 business days. If there's still an issue please email: shop@uintrigued.com

Is it possible to cancel or change my order since it has not shipped?

Order cancellation is permitted with 24 hrs only. After 24 hrs the order cannot be canceled. Change to order for different sizes or color are permitted within 24 hrs.

Can exchange my order?

Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery date in orginal condition received. Once Item is received we can process a exchange per your request as long as the item is available in stock. If the item is not available a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Why is my refund less than what I paid for my order?

All refunds are issued for the item price and taxes but will not include associated shipping cost.
