Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS

 All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, our company will not send customers any damaged items.

EXCHANGES

Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product/order. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise without speaking to someone from our support team and receiving certified confirmation. Uintrigued will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Once approved by support, we will provide you with a return address to send your package. Any packages returned to without notice or approval will be refused.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping.

 Refund will be issued once return shippment has been received and processed for applicable items.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days or sooner.
(Excluding Pre-Order Items)

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Please choose shipping + insurance to cover your package in the event of lost, theft or damaged.
