- To ensure your package is delivered within the estimated timeframes advertised, please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all necessary information to delivery your package.
- We are not responsible for packages with incorrect or incomplete mailing address
- If you've placed your order and the address is incorrect will email you to get the correct address if it comes back unverified. You can also email support@uintrigued.com to correct your address within 48 hrs of placing your order.
- Will ship to P.O.Boxes via USPS for standard only. EXPEDITED or RUSH will require a residential, business address for delivery.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Once items arrive we will ship your purchase based on the selected shipping chosen at time of purchase.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- To began your return please email lacree@uintrigued.com within 48 hrs of order delivery to be eligible for return/exchange.
- Once approved the return please email return tracking # within 48 hr of approval to lacree@uintrigued.com.
- ALL HAIR, WIG EXTENSION are FINAL SALE!
- All returns or exchanges must be unworn ( free from stains, fragrance, smoke etc) in original packaging and with tags.
- Returns will be processed as a store credit. Store credit will be available for immediate use.
- Exchanges for another item selected by customer will be processed once return has been received.
